The 2023 MotoAmerica Championship was the 9th season of the MotoAmerica Championship.[1]

Classes[edit]

Superbike[edit]

MotoAmerica's premier race class, Medallia Superbike showcases America’s and some of the world’s best motorcycle road racers aboard high-horsepower, highly modified, production-based liter-class motorcycles that are capable of speeds approaching 200 miles per hour.[2] Engine configurations and minimum weight requirements are listed below:

Supersport[edit]

MotoAmerica’s middleweight race class, Supersport features the series’ rising stars competing aboard production-based motorcycles that are slightly less powerful than Superbikes, but are no less exciting to watch.[2] Engine configurations and minimum weight requirements are listed below:

Junior Cup[edit]

MotoAmerica’s entry-level race class, Junior Cup is one of the first steps that young motorcycle riders take in pursuing their professional road racing careers. Competing aboard smaller-displacement, production-based motorcycles, these racers serve up some of MotoAmerica’s most compelling battles.[2] Engine configurations requirements are listed below:

Stock 1000[edit]

A direct feeder class for Medallia Superbike, Steel Commander Stock 1000 gives MotoAmerica riders the opportunity to gain experience aboard 1000cc production-based motorcycles as they hone their skills with an eye towards moving up to Superbike.[2] Engine configurations requirements are listed below:

Twins[edit]

Putting lighter-weight, twin-cylinder motorcycles in the spotlight, Twins Cup is a rapidly evolving race class that initially enabled regional and club racers from around the country to step up to the MotoAmerica series and compete on a national level.[2] Engine configurations requirements are listed below:

King of the Baggers[edit]

What started as a novel idea has become one of MotoAmerica’s most popular and fastest-growing race classes. Touring motorcycles from Harley-Davidson and Indian form the basis for Mission King Of The Baggers, but these motorcycles are far from gentle cruisers.[2] Motorcycle specifications are listed below:
