Quarter Flicker's Association The Quarter Flicker's Association is an organization which encompasses everything about the sport known as Quarter Flicking. Quarter Flicking is a sport where a group of people sit around a table and try to keep a quarter spinning by flicking it with their fingers. In the year 1983, A leader of more than 50 plus people began an organization. That man is know known as The Master. The Master's true name is Matthew Marsala. Back then, nobody knew that the Quarter Flicker's Association or QFA would gain so much popularity. Today, the QFA has 200+ members. The hierarchy of the QFA is as follows. There is The Master at the top. Then, there are high ranking officials. Then, there are the amateurs. A member's position in the hierarchy is dependent upon how long they have been playing, and their skill level. The highest skill level known in the world at the moment is level 99. Even The Master has not reached level 100. In order to rise to a new level, a member must continue to play and show improvement through trick shots and remarkable plays and saves. There are also rules that every member must follow. These rules were first described in Marsala's book, 25 Cents To Victory. This was written in 1986 when Marsala was traveling the world in search for a right hand man. As the Association continues to gain power, it also gets more corrupt. In 1995, The Master was arrested for beating up 3 nonmembers for playing in public. One of the rules of The Master is that amateurs should never play in public for it is a disgrace to the game and anyone who has any passion and respect for it. Anyway, the beating of one of the victims was so bad that he went into a coma for a week and a half. The Master was sentenced to twenty years in a state penitentiary for assault. The Master is expected to be released from prison in 2015. Anyone who is associated with the QFA continues to play religiously. Unfortunately, there is an uprising taking place inside the QFA.Lower level players, otherwise known as amateurs, continue to show aggression towards higher ranking players. There seems to be a Civil War brewing deep inside the QFA. There is only one hope for the QFA. The return of The Master. The Prophecy spoke of two men who might free the master, no one really new their names. The only clue is the word Benz written on the last page of Marsala's book, 25 Cents To Victory.
