Wikiphilosophically I'm an eventualist (of course) and a member of the Association of Wikipedians Who Dislike Making Broad Judgments About the Worthiness of a General Category of Article, and Who Are in Favor of the Deletion of Some Particularly Bad Articles, but That Doesn't Mean They Are Deletionists, but these days would probably be described as more of an inclusionist. I believe that admins should just be regular users with a few extra tools, "janitors" would be a better term. Civility is important, but when so many people are engaged in such a vast exercise tackling big issues, vigorous debate is unavoidable and should not be stifled too much. Also I think that transparency (including intact page histories and logs) is one of the most important and undervalued virtues of Wikipedia.
