Social Game Universe is an online game developer based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The company develops web-based social games, some of which work as stand-alone and as applications on social media platforms like Facebook.

Social Game Universe was founded in 2009 by game designer Nathon Gunn and backed by media industry participants Eli Cohl, Michael Cohl, Moses Znaimer,Gary Slaight, Ron Dembo, Bruce Hooey and Clive Smith. Social Game Universe has soft-launched two beta social media apps on Facebook and is developing technology that will enhance the social aspects of “social” gaming for developers everywhere.
