This was the 57th annual Notre Dame Invitational. Several national ranked program competed in this year race, such as Florida State, North Carolina State, Tulsa, Princeton, New Mexico, Eastern Kentucky and Washington State.[2] Alabama failed to place with only four runners finishing the race.[3]
