The Fold is a British womenswear fashion label, which products are available for purchase online via their website and their store in Chelsea, London. They create a wide range of formal clothing worn by a wide list of celebrities and designed to make women feel confident and happy in their own skin.

The company was founded in 2011 by Polly McMaster after she completed her MBA at the London Business School ^[1] The brand champions encourages workwear style with versatile pieces that are designed to be fuss-free and chic. ^[2]

Founder[edit]

McMaster came from a consulting and finance background. She obtained an MBA from the London Business School. McMaster said 'The Fold is about understanding the professional woman's needs and creating a contemporary, stylish wardrobe for her.' ^[3]

Famous customers[edit]

The Fold have dressed many inspiring female leaders including the Duchess of Cambridge and her sister, Pippa Middleton for the royal wedding, charity leaders, game-changers and founders across the globe. For the red carpet they have dressed Gillian Anderson, Helen Mirren, Joely Richardson, Holly Willoughby, Maisie Williams, Vicky McClure and Olivia Colman.
