Timothy F. Oakhill (born 1962) is an American entrepreneur, Chief Marketing Officer, and Vice President. He and Chris Marsh started the company Yogabed in January 2015. Oakhill earlier on in his career worked as the Vice President in brand management for Mattress Firm and was the Chief Marketing Officer for Simmons Bedding Co.[1]

Oakhill earned a BA and BS from the University of South Carolina and his MBA from the University of Virginia.[2]
Career[edit]
Oakhill has worked for Eastman Kodak Co., Simmons Bedding Co., and was part of the team for IBM Watson[3] in their marketing departments. He has also held Vice President positions at Simmons Bedding Co. and Mattress Firm.[2] Sticking with bedding he and Chris Marsh came together to create Yogabed, which was one of the firs companies of its kind, selling beds in a box. [4] They later sold this company to Marpac who later change the companies name to Yogasleep. He later became the Vice President in marketing for SwanLeap and the Chief Marketing Officer for Standard Furniture.[5]
