The State of Europe is a state officially founded in 2016. It is a state that consists wholly by and of its citizenry, without the burden of a territory that plagues so many other states.
The State of Europe’s first and foremost law is that everyone – every human being on planet Earth – can become a citizen, without any preconditions. This is, arguably, also its unique advantage compared to other, territorial states as well as to the so-called European Union. The State of Europe has no borders, no border guards, no fences and walls, and no border river or sea in which you would have to drown in order to get into the state. Rather, you are in the State of Europe right now, already, wherever you are – if you choose to become a citizen.
Apart from this first law, the constitution of the State of Europe consists of the 18 articles of the European Convention on Human Rights.
