Note

Due to a bug the Microsoft Internet Explorer shows all backgrounds specified by bgcolor=#RGB (short notation) in black instead with the color. To work around this bug the backgrounds in this table are defined with {{Coltit}}, which shows also the background color hex triplet code when the mouse pointer is moved to the table cell.
