Zyfra Oy (Zyfra Ltd) is an international company engaged in the development of technologies for the digital industry and the development of industry and industry in the following areas: engineering, metallurgy, mining, oil and gas, chemical industry. Medigraph Ltd. was established on October 3, 2002, later renamed September 28, 2017 into Zyfra LLC. The company was headed by Igor Bogachev. He is the former director of the IT-cluster Skolkovo and the Russian office of SAP.

In September 2017, it became known that the company intends to invest in the development of the IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) 6 billion rubles (about $100 000 000).

In October 2017, on the Open Innovations Forum in the Skolkovo Technopark, the Skoltech Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) and Digit signed an agreement on the creation of a joint laboratory of applied research in the field of intellectual production and industrial Internet of things. In November 2017, the company opened its European headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. The company is also working on creating software for unmanned vehicles needed for the mining industry and movement in closed areas of enterprises. The three-phase transaction will close by the end of 2020.
