Tatsuo Kannami(官浪辰夫 Kannami Tatsuo, born 1952 in Osaka, 1952 - )is a Japanese design consultant.

Biography[edit]

Tatsuo kannami is born in Osaka in 1952. Graduated from Musashino Art University. Studied stage performance art, such as opera and ballet. Established Kannami Design Institute（KDI INC.） in 1985. Specializes in branding and design strategy development^[1]. In addition, serves as consultant and advisor for various companies both at home and abroad. Teaching at Musashino Art University. Chairman of Japan Design Space Association (DSA). In private life, has a passion for exploring exquisite cuisine across the world, as well as visiting the world natural heritage (My Favorite Great American Nature). Inherited historical records of Osakaya^[2] (Osakaya Kuzaemon Successful Merchant） a merchant’s family in the Edo period.
