Veronica was born in Venezuela where she received her early musical training at the “Santa Ana de Coro” Conservatoire in Falcon. At the age of nine she gave her debut concert with the Orquesta Sinfonica de Falcon and later became principal of the second violins until 1994. In 1995 Veronica became leader and assistant conductor of the Orquesta Sinfonica del Zulia and professor of violin at the Conservatoire “Jose Luis Paz” in Maracaibo until 2004. She has received several prizes including the “PREMIO D. DAMASO” for the best interpretation of Spanish music (Madrid - Spain, 1999) and special mentions at the “VIOLINISIMO FESTIVAL” (Venezuela, 1998 and 2004). In June 2005 she was invited to perform with the Royal Oman Symphony Orchestra (Sultanate of Oman, Middle East) She holds a Bachelor in Music from Instituto Universitario de Estudios Musicales IUDEM She is an upper string tutor at Sistema Scotland and at The National Children's Orchestra of Great Britain.
