This tool checks to see if a comma was included after the year in a "Month Day, Year" format. This is my first draft of the tool, so forgive any mistakes. Your commentary is welcome on my talk page for now as I keep figuring things out. If you make any edits please strike through the ones you completed so we don't duplicate work.

Sort errors alphabetically to make editing faster.

UTF 8 character check to avoid non-standard characters.
