The benefits of our society should go to those who receive them most.

Children go to schools and learn. What they learn depends on the relative relationships between their education system (possible based on their local culture and historical norms) and the government in power.

It is commonly suspected in affluent areas that the success of new graduates is based on connections, quality of school and individual effort. It could include industries doing well and those in bailout or recession.

Other members of local communities fight for survival. Not everyone needs to succeed, as without winners there cannot be losers.

For success, social willingness could be the answer. Housing, a job and a credit card that is still under its credit limit.

Some still live in fear, never knowing where there will be able to obtain their next mandatory protection payment to the local bully. For others access to the best lakeside property or club is the minimum necessary to survive.
