The bad news is that's the problem. The quotes are often longer than the articles and that's the main thing that needs removal (unless the source is PD). Why very hard then? There's over 4,000 articles and most of them are large quote additions.
- Pdel? Kind of. Since most of the edits are the "quote=" garbage it's easiest to just remove it at this point rather than trying to figure out if it's too much. The handful of prose additions that do exist just check how you normally would.
