WeChat[edit]

WeChat is a free application that provides instant messaging service for intelligent terminals launched by Tencent on January 21, 2011^[1]. It was created by the product team of Tencent guangzhou r&d center led by XiaoLong Zhang.

WeChat Pay[edit]

WeChat payment is the payment function integrated in WeChat client. Users can complete the fast payment process through their mobile phones. WeChat payment provides users with safe, fast and efficient payment service, based on the fast payment by binding bank card.

Payment support scenario: WeChat public platform payment, APP (third-party application mall) payment, two-dimensional code scanning payment, credit card payment, users display the bar code, after the merchant scanning, payment is completed.

In WeChat associated users only need a bank card, and complete the identity authentication, can be equipped with WeChat app smartphone into a universal purse, can buy the cooperation merchant's goods and services, after the user when payment only need to enter the password on your smartphone, without any charge steps to complete the payment, the whole process is simple.
