June 2018[edit]

Hello, I'm DVdm. Your recent edit to Heat death of the universe appears to have added incorrect information, so I removed it for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. DVdm (talk) 19:58, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, one of your userboxes says that you are a native speaker of English. Please then, when you make edits like this, can you take the trouble to verify the context, and check a dictionary before making such changes? This paragraph is about two spacecraft—plural. I reverted that edit. Cheers. - DVdm (talk) 20:05, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. That second one: the paragraph in question mentions 3 separate spacecraft. Why, therefore, do you claim that the demonstrative pronoun be referring to just 2?
Even as you have pointed out, I am a native anglophone and thus know that the word 'spacecraft' does not change form in the plural. Therefore, I find your link to a dictionary insulting and unnecessary. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Δουλοιεσμεν (talkcontribs) 22:23, 25 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Please sign all your talk page messages with four tildes (~~~~) and indent the messages as outlined in wp:THREAD and wp:INDENT — See Help:Using talk pages. Thanks.
That anglophone comment was inspired by the choice of your username. My apologies for that. About your edit, please note that the section talks about multiple spacecraft, and the original sentence probably was about the three spacecraft (V1, V2 and G). Clearly you assumed that it was about one (G). Had you provided an edit summary, that would have been clear, and anglophony would never have crossed my mind. So please, always provide an edit summary, as this helps other editors and reviewers to understand the intention of your edits. Thanks and cheers. - DVdm (talk) 11:57, 29 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, that's useful. Δουλοιεσμεν (talk) 22:44, 30 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

May 2019[edit]

Whack!

You've been whacked with a wet trout.

Don't take this too seriously. Someone just wants to let you know that you did something silly.

For adding melting point to an article about tea, a beverage that exists only as a liquid. puggo (talk) 14:30, 7 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Summer (collection) moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Summer (collection), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
