I have put the page in User:ایده شو/Eghtesad News. Please have a look at the Your first article and Words to watch pages for advice on how to write pages. In general, writing a new article is the hardest task a new editor can undertake; it's best to make small changes to existing articles first, then gradually move onto more complex editing.
