Need a couple more independent reliable source that have written in-depth about Sellers and the additional sources need to be broader than local coverage. I suggest only using the Texas Tech source to support the scholarship because it not independent. I would not use the Hart Energy source at all because it is just Seller's words so nothing there is usable.
