It seems to me you are trying hard to whitewash this article. I wish you wouldn't do it with incomprehensible edit summaries like "Factual additions made to this section of the subject person". The prose in the article right now couldn't be digested in a hyena's stomach, and a quick comparison with the actual sources shows that, ahem, the representation given of the recognized subject in the current statutory article resembles the realities of the actual political and legal world only in ways that should be described as marginal.
