Hi. Regarding this edit, it seems like the reference you're after is <https://georgewbush-whitehouse.archives.gov/news/releases/2007/07/20070702-3.html>. The second-half of the quote appears to be paraphrased, while the first half is verbatim. I'm going to re-add a modified version of the quote with a reference for now, though it's arguable whether it's really adding anything to the article.
