Is this related to the errors? Is someone fixing the page? How do I request that the page be fixed so it doesn't look like fake news?

The page is fixed now. Please note WP:VOLUNTEER — I made an incremental improvement (a transcluded section with broken refs was better than only a sentence) but didn't deem it a priority to get the refs working.
