February 2010[edit]

I've removed the warnings because the edits have now been explained. But when you're changing templates, at least the second time you do it you might want to provide an explanation. It's a lot easier for everyone. Sorry for the warnings but it looked an awful lot like you were breaking the templates. I'm glad it's cleared up now. Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -- Doniago (talk) 12:33, 9 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

July 2011[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Singapore Lions has been reverted.
Your edit here to Singapore Lions was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJHZKqsAiEE) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy, as well as other parts of our external links guideline. If the information you linked to is indeed in violation of copyright, then such information should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file, or consider linking to the original.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 13:20, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Singapore Lions do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia.

Cut and paste moves[edit]

This is called a cut and paste move, and it is forbidden because it breaks the page history and loses the associated talk page. I have reverted it. If you wish to move MV Polarbjørn to HMS Protector (A173), see Wikipedia:Requested moves for guidance on how to do so. Shem (talk) 16:05, 15 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

February 2012[edit]

I reverted your edit to HMS Dauntless (D33). She has not yet deployed to the South Atlantic (and the references don't say that she has, but that she is to do so), and the best guess is that she will sail late March. Montrose is due to be out there for quite a while yet. - David Biddulph (talk) 11:17, 3 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
