January 2021[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Findanegg. I noticed that you recently removed content from Mega Cavern without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thus saith findanegg. If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
I copied the following from User talk:Findanegg so I could respond, since I just now saw it.
It was not a mistake. The bike park no longer exists and was closed two years ago. The issue is that the current edit is written in the present tense and implies that the bike park is still in operation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 147.0.7.141 (talk) 21:30, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Now, here is my response. If in fact the information was true and is no longer true, with the right source the verb tenses can be changed to reflect what is now true, but what was true is still important enough to include in a history section.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 18:15, 13 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
