Welcome![edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions, such as the one you made on Massachusetts. I greatly appreciate your efforts to make constructive edits on Wikipedia. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages you might like to see:

You are welcome to continue editing without logging in, but many editors recommend that you create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits such as the ability to create articles. For a full outline and explanation of the benefits that come with creating an account, please see this page. If you edit without a username, your IP address (172.15.250.110) is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on this page. Again, welcome! Addition of unsourced content[edit]

Please stop adding unsourced content to Commonwealth of Independent States. If you wish to change the article you need to provide a wp:reliable source to wp:verify the claim. If you disagree with the removal, join the discussion at Talk:Commonwealth_of_Independent_States#Ukraine_2. TDL (talk) 00:25, 4 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

September 2017[edit]

Information icon Please do not delete or edit legitimate talk page comments. Such edits are disruptive, and may appear to other editors to be vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Acroterion (talk) 23:20, 14 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
This IP address has been blocked from editing, because it has been used to evade blocks other IP addresses and on at least one account. In addition, after I placed the block I found that you had substantially altered a talk page post by another editor, so as to misrepresent what that editor had said. I shall also protect the article on which you have been edit-warring with this account for a while. If necessary all pages that you edit can be protected indefinitely, but please don't make that necessary, as doing so will cause inconvenience for legitimate editors, as well as stopping your disruption. If you believe there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Catalonia's independence[edit]

Request reason:

Would I please be unblocked, because Catalonia's independence referendum occurred on October 1st, and will declare independence on October 9th. I just want to give you several reasons; Inactive user 20171 (talk) was blocked indefinitely by Drmies (talk) on 14 June 2017, having previously been POV-pushing and disruptive editing while being banned on topics relating to the Iberian Peninsula, and for continuing harassment on other editors. That same day, he chose to have his account renamed and to become "inactive". Gaditano23 (talk) was created on 23 June 2017, and has edited almost exclusively on topics relating to the Iberian Peninsula, but he was blocked indefinitely by Bbb23 (talk) on 5 October 2017, because CheckUser evidence confirms that the operator has abusively used multiple accounts, as the Sockpuppet investigations against the 2 users has closed.172.15.250.110 (talk) 23:10, 6 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

That doesn't address the reason for the block. PhilKnight (talk) 00:01, 7 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
