Old messages[edit]

Hello 203.109.254.58, it appears we're both putting through articles via the same IP. I suppose it's an Ihug proxy farm - do you use Ihug too? It's funny but we've both been editing the same articles even.

Hey 203 - thanks for working on adapting 1911 text for Wikipedia. We do, however, have a standard way to reference this material. See below:

==Reference== *''Original text from [[1911 Encyclopaedia Britannica]]''

Have a good day!

I have nominated Loyalty, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Loyalty. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Jimbo Wales (talk) 12:08, 8 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion discussion about Paul D'Amour[edit]

Hello, 203.109.254.58,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Polyamorph and it's nice to meet you :-)

I wanted to let you know that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, Paul D'Amour should be deleted. Your comments are welcome over Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Paul D'Amour .

You might like to note that such discussions usually run for seven days and are not ballot-polls. And, our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Polyamorph}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!
