YES TV (CITS-TV, CKCS-TV and CKES-TV) are not owned and operated by Crossroads Christian Communications Inc. They are owned by Crossroads Television System Inc. (while they are founded by the same individual - David Mainse, they are separate legal entities. Crossroads Television System Inc (as you have listed under formerly called) is the current owner. The only change that has occurred is that Crossroads Television System rebranded the station from CTS TV to YES TV. The ownership did not change. (Changes of ownership would require approval from CRTC. See CRTC website attached noting the ownership of CITS, CKCS,CKES - all refer to Crossroads Television System as the owner.
