Your failure to qualify[edit]

In the comments, you wrote:

I had no influence over the state party's legal arguments or Judge Schreier's ruling. Whether I was allowed to become the Constitution Party's candidate was beyond my control

Baloney. In the blog posting you linked to, YOU are in the comments using the second-person plural ("..the judge’s Monday ruling going against us", "Our lawyers may not be happy..."

You applied for the job. That your resume got tossed before the interview stage doesn't mean you didn't apply for the job. Your attempt to play amateur lawyer doesn't change the plain-English meaning of words.

Removing...unsourced, false and defamatory information

Really. It has three sources, it's true (see the Talk page, especially since the language was softened to fit your objections), AND you've never -- near as I can tell -- made the SLIGHTEST attempt to explain what, exactly, is "defamatory" about any of this. --Calton | Talk 06:34, 21 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
