Raphaël Guerreiro has dual nationality. A nationality is not defined only by place of birth, but also by “blood law”, it is Franco-Portuguese. But only sports nationality is mentioned in the English wiki. He is international Portuguese. --81.64.12.21 (talk) 21:36, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

--81.64.12.21 (talk) 21:51, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, you claim removing a misleading identifier is vandalism? Last I checked, the point here was to provide accurate information about this individual. Is he technically Portuguese? Sure, he might have dual nationality. Was he born, raised, trained, and given his professional debut in France? Yes. Has he ever played for a Portuguese club or lived in Portugal at any point? I've not seen any evidence of that. I understand you're sensitive about this because you're French with Portuguese ancestry, as per your rant here about dual nationality, but trying to wipe away that he's clearly French just because he plays for Portugal is misleading. Google "raphael guerreiro interview," they all show up with him speaking French and not Portuguese:

Also, you're welcome to disagree, but next time keep the abuse to yourself.

Stop Vandalism ![edit]

stop your vandalism, otherwise you will be blocked. Raphael Guerreiro, born in France but of a Portuguese father and a French mother, has dual nationality. In Europe, nationality is acquired by jus soli and jus sanguinis. In addition it is mandatory to have the nationality of the country for which the players are playing. --FC Porto6185 (talk) 23:32, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

EUROPA IS JUS SANGUINIS !!![edit]

no, I am not "French of Portuguese descent", I am Franco-Portuguese born in France. I have dual nationality like Raphael Guerreiro and Anthony Lopes. In Europe nationality is by blood (jus sanguinis). Europe is not the United States ... and thank goodness. --81.64.12.21 (talk) 11:10, 7 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Wow, anti-American rhetoric, no counter-arguments or general contribution to ensure any actual accuracy to this article. Wikipedia, you never cease to amaze. 👏🤣
