Afghanistan flag[edit]

First of all you need a reliable source that says this has happened. That means something like a newspaper. Then we need some kind of indication that this has been accepted by the wider international community as official. Again with a source saying this. Then I would suggest that we need consensus on Wikipedia that this should happen.
