Hello. Please not a few things, that you keep adding back to this article. One, youtube, linkedin, and a search-engine results page are not appropriate references. Please see WP:RS for what constitutes that. Secondly, saying that someone will declare as a candidate *might* be ok for an article about that person, but it does not belong in this article. This article is about the city, of which the power plan is part, but the future aspirations of the owner do not belong here. CrowCaw 21:28, 31 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
