Thank you very much for your message! I will consider creating an account as you said. I hope my contributions prove useful in the long run. 2A02:85F:F8EF:6D00:B17A:CCDD:9692:7753 (talk) 14:23, 20 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The biggest problem with Nikos Xilouris is the lack of reliable secondary sourcing. Your recent edits introduced a large amount of unverified material, some of which may not be all that relevant--though proper sourcing could prove its relevance. Drmies (talk) 14:22, 20 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You are correct. I tried to salvage all material previoiusly added. Some of that may not survive future edits. There is a great deal of work that remains to be done, and proper citations are certainly a part of that work. You don't have to take my word for it of course, but I can tell you that all my additions are accurate. Hopefully, that will be ascertained in the long run. I will see what I can do about sources. It's not that they are missing out there. It's that I don't always have the time needed to find and utilize them. Additional parts of the article are in dire need of vast improvement, such as Xylouris' years in Athens, his connections to the Anti-Junta demonstrations, his collaborations with well-known Greek composers, his lasting friendships with other Greek celebrities, and so on. It's not just that those things have to be written down. It's that they have to be written well. And I usually re-edit most of my documents time and time again before I find satisfaction in the accuracy and fullness of the results. 2A02:85F:F8EF:6D00:B17A:CCDD:9692:7753 (talk) 14:28, 20 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
