I belive the word carries te mean
civilisation - civil( behavior )- civilised ( achivement )- city ( place )
city - place where civilised people lives.
civilised - a group of civic people stayed united.Here where culture starts.
civic - behavior \ rules applied to or by an individual to live in peace in a society.
civilisation is where cultured people lives together and achived a degree of development.
in sociol life.
