October 2022[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm DB1729. I noticed that you recently removed content from 1820 United States presidential election without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Monroe actually ran unopposed so can you stop doing it, please. 69.112.133.29 (talk) 01:14, 16 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

December[edit]

Howdy. STOP adding the contingent election bit to the infobox of the 1824 United States presidential election page. We don't do this for the 1800 United States presidential election, so stop adding it to the 1824 election page. GoodDay (talk) 05:08, 16 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I guess you’re right. I will stop adding contingent election on it. 69.112.133.29 (talk) 16:05, 17 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

March 2023[edit]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at 1976 United States presidential election. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Justarandomamerican (talk) Have a good day! 01:24, 10 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, but I didn’t want to prevent his presidential portrait from being replaced. 69.112.133.29 (talk) 01:27, 10 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I understand that, but when an editor has reverted your edit, it's best to seek a consensus for your edit, instead of re-reverting. Because you re-reverted, I interpreted your edits as starting an edit war, and cautioned you for disruptive editing as such.
