Instead of editing anonymously, it would be beneficial for you to register an account to identify yourself as an employee of Mintel. It would then be easy to identify you as an individual editor and have you properly disclose as a paid editor. Then you could make edit requests at Talk:Mintel that other uninvolved editors could review.

Please bear in mind that your account must represent you as an individual; it cannot be shared with others, nor can it be named after your company. When you say "they", I hope you are referring to an individual with an account and not several people using one account, as that is against the rules...
