I do not understand why i am blocked but none of the other IPs are[edit]

Two IPs edited announcing a COI from SS, (including 24.101.52.64, who also announced suicideality), and an admin just removed their edit summary instead of reverting, banning them or protecting the article 71.171.90.218 (talk) 23:08, 2 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
