I know how to write an unblock request. The other appeal was just something else. I don't think this block is no longer necessary because users on this IP are not vandalizing Wikipedia on purposely, second, those users do not know how to cite. I don't know if something was wrong or off but this should be clarified. The users also do not know about sockpuppetry/block evasion. It won't happen again if people take the time to read about sockpuppetry, block evasion or vandalism.

Confirmed block evasion. This unblock request should most definitely be declined. All edits from this IP address, or any of the multitude of accounts operating from this address, have been in violation of WP:EVADE and WP:SOCK. The unblock request should be declined. Just so you know, your doing more harm than good. By that I mean with the constant lies and nonsense. For the 100th time, I never, never knew about block evasion, but you would expect me to know that for some reason, which is a lie. Same goes for sockpuppetry, I never knew that, but you just don't know when to stop thinking I knew what that was. Keep saying that, but just remember that I never knew all that stuff was. Declining the requests are doing a lot more harm. I haven't edited Wikipedia for some what 2 months. Just stop with these lies and nonsense please.

Request reason:

You can stop playing games and give me another chance. This has been going on since 2021 and I think I deserve another chance. I want to contribute to the Wiki, but every time I create an account, it gets blocked. I learned my lesson but you won't accept it. I haven't edited on the Wiki since 2021. I know how to cite and give credible sources. Just please give me another chance.
