June 2020[edit]

Hello, I'm Andrew nyr. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Conservative Democrat, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Andrew nyr (talk, contribs) 23:29, 29 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

July 2020, as noted in June[edit]

Information icon Please do not add or change content without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 00:59, 20 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

July 2020[edit]

Information icon Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Jim Kenney. You are using an attack ad as a source. It is clearly not reliable.

If the comments are in the Inqy, cite that article. However, note that you will need the source to support your interpretation. We cannot simply pull short quotes from people, add our interpretations an call it encyclopedic.

As this is a WP:BLP issue, please do not restore the material without demonstrating a consensus to do so on the article's talk page. SummerPhDv2.0 12:57, 20 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Another editor has raised the issue at the BLP noticeboard. The thread is at Wikipedia:Biographies_of_living_persons/Noticeboard#Jim_Kenney. - SummerPhDv2.0 15:24, 20 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon Do not use multiple IP addresses to disrupt Wikipedia. Such attempts to avoid detection, circumvent policies or evade blocks or sanctions will not succeed. You are welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia but your recent edits have been reverted or removed. If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia you may be blocked from editing without further notice. While we are discussing your repeated addition of an attack ad as a source, please note that your other edits under 72.94.154.163 are clearly problems. Editing under this IP while subject to a block under another address is block evasion. SummerPhDv2.0 21:11, 20 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Final warning[edit]

Please consider this your final warning for personal attacks.[1] If you continue, you will be blocked from editing again.

Also, please note the following:

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in post-1932 politics of the United States and closely related people. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Though you obviously feel strongly about political issues, your editing must remain neutral. Edits like these[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9] are not in any way acceptable and strongly imply you are not here to build an encyclopedia. - SummerPhDv2.0 15:20, 24 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
