November 2016[edit]

Hello, I'm Imminent77. I noticed that you made a change to an article, List of serving British MPs who were assassinated, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Imminent77 (talk) 23:54, 23 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Press TV, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Hannibal Smith ❯❯❯ 23:12, 22 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

May 2018[edit]

Hello, I'm Jiamingkoh. I noticed that you made a change to an article, St George's, University of London, regarding a student applications scandal in the 1980s. Thank you for including this piece of little-known history about St George's, I agree that it is important to ensure this unfortunate past is not forgotten. I have, however, placed the scandal into its own section with some updated information. While I do agree it is important, it is not necessarily a main feature of the founding and history of St George's, hence my moving it to its own section.

In addition, it is not entirely true that nothing was done since the scandal - major changes have occurred with the way the administration handles ethnic and diversity issues, and even within that scandal there where key players within the university who found this behaviour acceptable (such as Prof J Collier, who blew the whistle in the first place). To describe "nothing was done" of this scandal is unrepresentative of the situation, and unfair onto the brave and selfless staff who stood against discrimination.

If you have any comments you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jiamingkoh (talk) 21:26, 10 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
