January 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Kirstie Allsopp, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.

May 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to John of England, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot.

  • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • Cluebot produces very few false positives, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been detected as unconstructive, please report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
  • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: John of England was changed by 80.5.88.70 (u) (t) making a minor change adding "!!!" on 2010-05-06T12:52:09+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot (talk) 12:52, 6 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User talk:Graemp[edit]

Hi 80.5.88.70. Editors are allowed to remove comments from their user talk pages except in certain specific cases as explained in WP:REMOVED; moreover, editors are not obligated to respond to anything posted on their user talk pages. Since Graemp decided to remove your post, the community assumes in good faith that he read it, understood it, and decided not to respond it. If your concern is related to an edit at a specific article, then perhaps it would be best to address them on the talk page for the article in question. If it's related to a specific genre of articles, try asking for assistance on the talk page of a relevant WikiProject or public noticeboard. If your concerns are about the behavior of an editor, try one of the administrator noticeboards. Continuing to re-add the post to Graemp's user talk is eventually going to be seen as disruptive and edit warring and will not help you resolve this matter. -- Marchjuly (talk) 22:07, 28 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Candidate names in election boxes[edit]

Good evening, I see you have been involved in discussion over candidate names, I have opened a wider discussion about this here - Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Politics of the United Kingdom (section 9). I tried to ping you from that discussion, but I'm not sure if it's possible to ping an ip-user so thought I'd let you know about it here. Frinton100 (talk) 22:26, 1 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

March 2017[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Television. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. AussieLegend () 16:02, 16 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Birmingham School of Law[edit]

@Psterling92:. Just edit the article! You can edit the Help Desk so you can edit this (I see you've edited it in the past). 80.5.88.70 (talk) 06:25, 7 November 2018 (UTC) @Psterling92:. I see you are 75.143.100.148. It might be a good idea to make the edit from your registered account, also to create a user page mentioning your paid position within the school (if you have one). 80.5.88.70 (talk) 06:34, 7 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
