Request reason:

Yesterday, on the Wikipedia_talk:Consensus page, I made a Request for Comment on my proposed new algorithm for editing Wikipedia pages. Essentially, I proposed the idea of including a majority voting element, which is often already applied in practice, but has not been formalised. To my astonishment, Users Mandruss and NeilN ganged up on me with abusive language and blocked me. I request that I be unblocked immediately, and that those two Administrators be sanctioned for their behaviour. Otherwise I may refuse to participate in Wikipedia editing from now on. 86.158.154.104 (talk) 08:34, 19 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. ~ GB fan 15:05, 21 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Message for Yamla[edit]

Hi Yamla, I hope you will read this because NeilN has struck again, interrupting our dialogue on your Talk page. First of all, many thanks for the link pointing towards the long-term Vandal(X). So if I understand this correctly, NeilN is evading Administrator Abuse charges by blocking the plaintiff (me), by the simple means of tagging my IP onto a random other blocked account holder. How do you suggest I bring this behaviour to the attention of senior Wikipedia administrators? 86.158.154.106 (talk) 14:37, 21 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
