This is a fake: the edit was neither "unconstructive" (sic) nor vandalism. The removal is.
While I agree that the edit wasn't vandalism, it wasn't constructive, as you repeated information that was stated in the sentence "When some car makers suggest or claim vehicles are self-driving, when they are only partly automated, drivers risk becoming excessively confident, leading to crashes, while fully self-driving cars are still a long way off in the UK.".
