Images[edit]

Hi, I assume you are Zantam from Gongjin's Campaign Memorials. I believe we have talked before - I used to be called deadkid_dk back then. I sympathize with your frustration that a member of Wikipedia lifted images from your Wikia without attribution (The user in question has run into copyright infringement issues before). Hi Deadkid. Yea I remember you from.. 4, 5 years ago? I think you've made some edits on GJCM as well back then. Well, about the images... I think I said before it wasn't easy acquiring that book and getting those images online in current state. Also... I've always been trying to get a certain look and feel for the site. It's very greenish now... with mainly one art style used (for historical stuff), the one from Zengxiang quantu SGYY. Perhaps I was a bit naive in thinking nobody would take so many all at once.

If not available I try to use other black&white images from, for example, Sanguo zhi pinghua or Hua Guan Suo zhuan. All a lot of work to scan, edit and get online. Back then you had a rather large collection of Zengxiang huiti SGYY images.. (which u still use for Yuan Shao and others).. I guess you got them from Jiuwan's Realm. I guess I'd prefer to see you go back to using those. If there are still characters left that you think should have a pic I wouldn't mind lending a hand, but with a reference to GJCM somewhere, but I don't know how/where Wikia's can get a mention on Wikipedia.
