This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. Hi Teynmoli, sorry for the late reply. The major problem is about the sources. I'd suggest you find independent, reliable sources that provide significant coverage of the organization first. If such sources do not exist, it is not qualified for an article. If sources exist, you should then improve the article. The content should be written from a neutral point of view (See also Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Words to watch). Also, the founder section seems a bit irrelevant, as well as the image. Hi Kalyan1010, sorry I've been a bit busy lately. Does Dr. Kirtimaan Syal satisfy any criteria mentioned in here (Wikipedia:Notability_(academics)#Criteria)? If not, are there any independent sources that introduce them in depth (not their work/publications)? If so, please specify and I'll take some time to review the article thoroughly within a week or so. Haven't looked through the revised article in detail yet, but I'd recommend not citing Dr. Kirtimaan Syal's publications directly (Wikipedia:No_original_research#Secondary). Thank you so much. Thanks to the interactions with several editors here who suggested WP:THREE, I made a list of independent references that I am copying here. See if there is more I can add to this article. These references independently describe his contribution to the field.
1. "ACS Omega (American Chemical Society). Antibiotic Resistance: Current Perspectives. by Anushya et al. (2017), 2 (10), 7400-7409. DOI: 10.1021/acsomega.7b01368. Paragraph, "With the aim of synthesizing more potent Rel inhibitors, Syal et al. modified guanosine at this C-2 position to synthesize acetylated and acetylated benzoylated derivatives of guanosine (Figure 5).(21) The acetylated benzoylated compound showed 50% inhibition at 40 μM and 75% inhibition at 100 μM. Addition of this compound led to inhibition of biofilm formation by M. tuberculosis. It also led to decreased long-term survival and cellular (p)ppGpp levels in Mycobacterium smegmatis. The compound was shown to be cell wall permeable in human lung epithelial cells and nontoxic to H460 cells. With information from the crystal structures of (p)ppGpp bound to its synthetases and effector proteins, more such analogues can be designed and synthesized chemically......Figure 5. Design of stringent response inhibitors. Relacin is a structural analogue of ppGpp. Guanosine was chemically modified to synthesize acetylated and acetylated benzoylated derivatives that inhibit Rel. Vitamin C is a natural analogue that resembles GDP in structure...... A recent study showed that vitamin C inhibits M. tuberculosis growth at high concentrations.(22) Syal et al. proposed vitamin C to be an inhibitor of stringent response and demonstrated its binding to Rel (Figure 5).(23) Addition of vitamin C inhibited (p)ppGpp synthesis by Rel in vitro as well as reduced in vivo (p)ppGpp levels and biofilm formation in M. smegmatis. Thus, this opens up opportunities to test vitamin C alone against bacterial infections....."".
2. Journal of Molecular Biology (Elsevier), Jacob et al. discusses Dr. Syal's work on Vitamin C. They say, "Interestingly, Syal and colleagues demonstrated that vitamin C inhibits (p)ppGpp synthesis inM. smegmatis, suggesting that vitamin C can exploit different mechanismsto prevent persister formation in mycobacteria. Although vitamin C and N-acetylcysteine could beused as adjunct therapy for TB as they are non-toxic and, in the case ofN-acetylcysteine, alreadyused in TB patients to help cope with TB drugtoxicity, the quantity required to achieve culture sterilization in vitro(mM range) may not be appli-cable in TB patients. Nevertheless, these findingssuggest that screening for compounds that increase M. tuberculosis respiration could provide a new path towards M. tuberculosis eradication....."
3. Ghosh et al. Small-Molecule Inhibition of Bacterial Biofilm. ACS Omega (American Chemical Society) 2020 5 (7), 3108-3115 DOI: 10.1021/acsomega.9b03695.
They discuss- "Both (p)ppGpp and c-di-GMP signaling pathways directly contribute to antimicrobial resistance development and hence can act as a promising therapeutic approach to reduce biofilm population, leading to increased susceptibility to standard drugs. The two second messenger synthetase enzymes, namely, Rel and DGC, are considered to be the most rational drug targets in order to reduce the intracellular concentration of (p)ppGpp and c-di-GMP, respectively. Syal and co-workers previously reported that vitamin C possesses structural similarity with Rel enzyme substrate guanosine diphosphate (GDP) and inhibits ppGpp biosynthesis by directly binding to Rel enzyme in M. smegmatis and subsequently prevents biofilm formation. Another study from the same group has shown that synthetic (p)ppGpp analogues directly inhibit ppGpp biosynthesis and can act as a potential biofilm inhibitor in mycobacteria. Figure 5 in this reference also comes from Dr. Syal’s work.…"
4. "Genes Robles CM, Coin F. Conducting the CTD orchestra. News and Views. Nature Chemical Biology (NPG) 2019 Feb;15(2):97-98". - It is a news and views article. The entire article discusses his group work. (Noncanonical CTD kinases regulate RNA polymerase II in a gene-class-specific manner. Nature Chemical Biology (NPG) 15, 123-131. Nemec, SAK, AA Tseng, K Syal, et al.)
Additionally, he has been felicitated by the Health Minister of India and Sun Pharma for his scientific contributions. There is a Syal method after his name which is being used by many. Actually, if the sources are about their work, then these works will need to meet Wikipedia:Notability_(academics)#Specific_criteria_notes#1 to show the notability of the scholar. (academic-specific notability)

Thank you so much for the comment and sharing interesting articles. I have gone through the notability aspect and in my opinion, he qualifies for it (considering point 1b in the specific criteria notes Wikipedia:Notability_(academics)#Specific_criteria_notes#1 and three independent resources WP:THREE). His work has been covered and discussed in detail in more than three peer-reviewed journals. Also, his Syal method and other research as discussed in the contribution section of the revised article qualify him as per point 4.
The coverage of his research in The Hindu, Times of India and Deccan Herald at different time points may add to the general notability aspect. Yes, I have added the citation to the felicitation by Health Minister and Sun Pharma in the revised article.

For the case of (1b) having developed a significant new concept, it is necessary to explicitly demonstrate, by a substantial number of references to academic publications. I have already spent a lot of time on this article. As per the other editor, three independent reliable sources describing him and his work makes him notable. As far as number of references to publications are concerned, the number varies as per the field and research area. Besides, I do not know many scientists (Like him) in India who are being the topic of discussion in the peer reviewed journals. He designed sugars that are nutrient to humans and toxic to bacteria. He deciphered how VitaminC act as antibacterial. Earlier, Vit C was regarded as immunity booster and its role as antibacterial was largely underrepresented. He gave the molecular basis of antibacterial action of Vit C.
I described several Media citations along with the reference you were asking (felicitation by Health Minister of India). I don’t want to work more on it. Yes, the ACS journals are managed by American Chemical Society and Journal of Molecular Biology is headed by Editor-in-Chief from the Scripps Institute. Both are highly prestigious.
