That information (1858 Minnesota) had already been on the page and is easy to verify. Maybe instead of just removing stuff the person can google it and add a source him/herself.

Per WP:BURDEN, this is not optional. BTW, I like history too. Being a high school principal is in no way historic. And someones random memories do not for history make.
