I don't know, but we have to write the same as on the IAAF official site. It is the most reliable source. You could put some kind of further explanation. I think that IAAF always account records after recognition, but after dissolution of the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia, IAAF and new federations have agreed to count the results of clubs that are from these former republics. -Aca Srbin (talk) 18:36, 26 August 2015 (CEST)
