Speedy deletion nomination of Doubles curling

A tag has been placed on Doubles curling requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://cornwallcurling.com/2012/02/20/sign-up-for-doubles-curling-on-saturday/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Hi, I removed them, because it hasn't been practice to include national mixed doubles championship wins in the past. Partly because I'm not sure if there are even medals awarded in the first place? I know there is no bronze medal game for the Canadian championship. Gitte Larsen

"It's not my business" ;) but I asked about Gitte Larsen three days ago to my FB-friend Victoria Dupont (Moiseeva) and her husband Oliver Dupont said that his mom Gitte Dupont (nee Larsen) and competitive curler Gitte Munch Larsen - are different persons. Gitte, mom of Oliver, Madeleine and Denise (and Kim Dupon's wife 30+ last years) played curling many years ago at very "on weekend only with friends and family" level at locale club, never played at competitive national or international level. It was a reason for me to delete this "private life" information for Gitte Munch Larsen and Dupon family members/curlers on Rus-Wiki and Eng-Wiki. -- Alexey Gustow (talk) 02:17, 16 April 2021 (UTC)

Thanks for the message Alexey. I think it is a tough situation since your conversation on Facebook is considered "original research" which is not allowed to be used as a reference on Wikipedia. And this link, which should be reliable, says that their mother Gitte was the one that won bronze at Worlds. But I did more research and found these meeting notes from a Danish curling club that proves there are two Gittes, as a Gitte Larsen and a Gitte Dupont are mentioned in there. Given the confusion of two Gittes involved in Danish curling and the lack of multiple sources, I agree that we should be cautious and remove the lines saying that the bronze-medalist Gitte Larsen is part of the Dupont family.
