Hello AAkers3939, welcome to Wikipedia. I see you're having an issue with copyright at International Republican Institute, and I have a few notes for you.
First off, Wikipedia policy requires you to disclose if you are being paid for any edit to Wikipedia, including disclosing who is paying you. This is a requirement - if you do not make a proper disclosure, you will be blocked from editing. See Paid-contribution disclosure. Saying you have a conflict of interest is not sufficient - you must make a formal disclosure through one of the methods prescribed on that page.
Second, it is not permitted to edit from an account and also edit in the same manner while logged out. Editing while logged out publicly reveals your IP address, and in addition certain trusted users have access to a private log of the IP address and other technical details associated with all edits. Editing the same articles from an account and while logged out is what we call logged-out sockpuppetry and it too is an offence for which you can be blocked from editing.
Third is your copyright concern. In a nutshell, Wikipedia cannot reproduce copyrighted text, because it is expected that all text on Wikipedia can itself be freely reproduced. The website that was allegedly copied on that page has an "all rights reserved" copyright notice, which means it is not free to reproduce. Copyrighted material can be linked as a citation for material written in an editor's own words, however we strongly discourage using information published by the subject of an article to support information about that subject; independent sources are preferred. Hello AAkers3939. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Talk:International Republican Institute, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:AAkers3939. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=AAkers3939|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. - AAkers3939, I've removed the content you added to Talk:International Republican Institute with the suggestion that it be added to the article, as it contained substantial copying from non-free pages such as https://www.iri.org/iri-around-the-world/asia-pacific/, https://www.iri.org/iri-around-the-world/africa/ and https://www.iri.org/iri-around-the-world/eurasia/. If your organisation wants to release that content under a free licence that would allow anybody, anywhere, to use and modify it for any purpose, including commercial publication or re-use, then there are instructions for doing that here.
