Not clear what this family business is notable for besides being a significant timber merchant in the early days of Australia. When multiple sources use the same words, that is a very obious hint that those words should not be used on Wikipedia. If those words are used just by a single web-site, again, they should not be used on Wikipedia without risking a copyright violation. True I agree. I do that.
