Kevin Powell[edit]

Thank you for updating information on this article. I do see, though, that in doing so you seem to have removed all information related to his political career. This material is sourced and notable, and as such it is appropriate to include in his biography even if it does not reflect his current activities. Information on his politics has been restored, but material you added about his writing has been retained. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:29, 3 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I see you have removed this information again. Please understand that removing information that has reliable sources from articles is not considered constructive unless there is compelling reason. Such deletion may be regarded as vandalism. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:49, 3 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. Although this page is written for the subjects themselves, I presume that you are acting as his representative, and it may also be useful to you: Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Help. It includes information on where and how to get help with article problems as well as some general information on how the community works. Mr. Powell's article has had, unfortunately, a history of issues, primarily with those who oppose his political career attempting to use it to denigrate him, but we have also had supporters who have attempted to use it to promote him. We would like to be sure that it fairly and accurately reflects him in accordance with our policy on biographies of living persons. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 15:36, 3 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
